(EDS) (now part of Hewlett-Packard), The White House Situation Support Staff and Communications Agency, Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), U.S. Army, Joint Staff, U.S. Department of Labor, and the U.S. Court of Appeals.

Richard E. Sutton

Mr. Sutton has over twenty-five years of extensive Information Technology experience to include managing large-scale multi-facet technology projects.  Experience includes managing Portfolios in excess of $112 Million dollars; profit/loss responsibility; computer operations; software development; maintenance; and design/development of command and control, intelligence, and communications systems.  He managed several multi-million dollar projects from start-up, through execution, and closeout.  Mr. Sutton was responsible for staffing, costing, scheduling, and delivery across the entire business enterprise.  Mr. Sutton also served twenty years as an Officer in the U. S. Army with increasing levels of responsibility.  During his military career, he completed assignments with the Operations Group, Army War College; U.S. Military Academy at West Point; J-2, U.S. Forces Korea; J-6, U. S. European Command; and J-3, Joint Staff.

Joan E. Baumstarck

Ms. Baumstarck has over twenty-five years of extensive IT and communications experience. She has executive, management and technical experience covering the full spectrum of IT/Systems design, implementation, operational support, refresh, and reengineering. Experience includes management of large IT teams and substantial projects for large organizations. She has provided direct IT services as an engineer and as a technical director of organizations and major contracts. Baumstarck also had a successful twenty-year career as an Officer in the U.S. Navy with focus on IT systems acquisition, program management, system life-cycle support, and engineering. Most notably, Ms. Baumstarck served as part of the White House Situation Support Staff, a small team of technical experts that provided continuous, secure information systems capability to the National Security Council, The White House Situation Room, and the national security staff of the Vice President of the United States.

Joseph E. Fluet

Mr. Fluet is a highly regarded lead attorney who has handled some of the most high profile matters in the country. He has advised clients in all aspects of government contracts, business, and financial operations and has sat on several corporate boards. Earlier in his career, he served as a judicial law clerk to a Judge on the United States Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit, and as a Federal Honors Attorney. His experience includes managing projects with annual budgets in excess of $100 million. Mr. Fluet has also had a distinguished career as a military commander and decorated combat officer. A veteran of conflicts in both Iraq and Afghanistan, his career spans 20 years in both conventional and special operations forces.
